These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RouteWright website and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to represent your business or organization. By using RouteWright, you warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of Services

RouteWright provides human-guided and AI-assisted route optimization services tailored to businesses with delivery, field service, or logistics operations. This includes custom routing logic, revisions, dispatch-ready routes, and secure dashboard access.

3. Onboarding & Billing

  • Onboarding includes a business questionnaire, file sample review, sample route, and three real-time route runs.
  • Payment details are collected before onboarding to secure your slot, but you will not be charged until onboarding is complete.
  • You may cancel any time during onboarding without penalty.

4. Fair Use & Revisions

  • Essential plans include up to 1 revision per route, per day, processed within 4 hours during business hours.
  • Professional plans include up to 2 revisions per route, per day, processed within 2 hours during business hours.
  • Enterprise plans include up to 3 revisions per route, per day, processed within 2 hours during business hours.
  • Emergency revisions beyond daily limits may be available on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to additional fees as determined by RouteWright.
  • We reserve the right to delay or throttle excessive revision requests that impact service quality.

5. Route Delivery & Timing

  • Routes are delivered by evening the day before your scheduled delivery date.
  • We work with each customer to establish the optimal delivery cadence for their operations.
  • All delivery times are based on business days and may be adjusted for holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing routes promptly and requesting revisions within the daily limits outlined in Section 4.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date order data and valid addresses.
  • You are solely responsible for final delivery decisions, compliance with laws, and driver behavior.
  • You agree not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, algorithms, and visual materials related to RouteWright are protected by copyright and proprietary rights. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for internal business use only.

7. Cancellation & Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. Service continues until the end of your billing period.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for nonpayment, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
  • We may discontinue or modify the Services at any time with 30 days' notice.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and consultative nature of RouteWright, all payments are final once onboarding is complete. No refunds will be issued except where required by law.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." RouteWright makes no warranties regarding performance, uptime, delivery speed, or suitability for a particular purpose. You assume full responsibility for the use of any route data provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RouteWright shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or delivery delays. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 90 days.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RouteWright and its operators from any claims, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We may revise these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or platform notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith arbitration or, if necessary, through legal action in a venue reasonably determined by the operator of RouteWright.
